Eisteddfod is a very famous festival where lot of  poet, singer and dancer make a show. The oral traditions go back up in the time of druids. They are very important for the Welsh people. The eisteddfod first one took place in 1176, then the event lost of its popularity in the XVIIth century. In 1860, an institution, National Eisteddfod Society, put back with current tastes this tradition. Today these festivals attract a lot of people.

Llangollen is a city in the south of wrexham. It's a very tourist city, and beautiful place.

The youth of wrexham gives a lot of importance for the sport. There is many club in all the sports. In the stadium of wrexham situated in front of me bedroom , there are activities all the weekends : match, party, bar, projection of match. Glyndwr university have lot of sport equipement: one sports centre and 3 playing field.

But the must important sociocultural activities is not really the sport. It's the PUB. When you ask at student where is the culture of the Wales, he says : in the bar, and in the stadium.

St David's Day is celebrated in Wales on 1 March, in honour of St David (Dewi Sant), the patron saint of Wales.

St David lived in the sixth century. He spread the word of Christianity across Wales.

The most famous story about Saint David tells how he was preaching to a huge crowd and the ground is said to have risen up, so that he was standing on a hill and everyone had a better chance of hearing him.

During my journey, i'm stayed one night in london. I slept to one friend. This friend leaves in beautiful district in London : Hampstead. In this district, there is a enormous park. I visited this park all the day.
